Project Description: The Social Service Complex consolidates the County's homeless programs in one location in the Richards Boulevard Area. The facility provides short-term shelter beds, counseling and classroom facilities for the County's Aid-in-Kind and Non-Aid in Kind clients, as well as administrative offices for County staff. The facility is intended to improve social conditions in the Richards Boulevard Redevelopment Area pursuant to long-term revitalization efforts. The project represents a public private partnership between the County, the City, and private partners.
