Project Description: Hollywood-based CIM Group's design consists of a 7-story, concrete-framed mixed-use project with 200 -270 residential units above 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Parking for residents and retail tenants will be provided on the sub-grade level and on two levels above the ground floor. Ground floor retail will be available along 8th, 9th and J Streets.

The development is to be located on CADA Site 13, the four fifths of the block between 14th and 15th, P and Q Streets. The project site is currently occupied by the Ron Mandella Community Garden and a state managed parking lot.
