9th and L Parking Structure Feasibility Study
This study is looking at the feasibility of developing a new City
parking structure on the block between 8th & 9th and K & L Streets
in Downtown Sacramento. The study was prompted by the need to support
redevelopment projects along the K Street mall and to meet perceived unmet
parking demand in this section of the Central Business District. The results
will feed into the larger, more comprehensive Central City Parking Strategy
to be conducted starting in late 2004 and future redevelopment strategies.
Anticipated completion: Fall 2004
