Sheraton Grand Hotel Purchase & Sale |
Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, for a matter pertaining to real property negotiations. The purpose is (a) to review and discuss proposed resolutions in the form on file with Nicole York-Johnson at the City of Sacramento’s Office of Economic Development (the “Sale Resolutions”) related to, among other things, approval of a purchase and sale agreement with CIM/J Street Hotel Sacramento, LLC for real property located at 1230 J Street (Assessor Parcel Numbers 006-0111-018) (“the Hotel”) and (b) to the extent desired by the Board, confer with negotiators, John Dangberg, Leslie Fritzsche and Sheri Smith, regarding the price, terms and conditions of the transaction.
