Economic Development Awards

Business on The Boulevard
The City Council and the Economic Development Department honor one business each quarter that has recently made a financial commitment to one of the 19-targeted commercial corridors. Only new businesses locating on a corridor are recognized.

Commitment to the Community
This award focuses on the positive impacts of businesses in the City of Sacramento. The City Council and the Economic Development Department recognize one business each quarter for its community participation. This commitment may include the expansion or substantial upgrade/remodel of an existing business or substantial community involvement.
