City of Sacramento's Emerging and Small Business Development (ESBD)
Program Meeting

To advance the City of Sacramento's ESBD Program goals, bidders who have not attended an ESBD Program meeting within the past year, should attend an informal - sometimes required meeting, prior to bidding.

Meetings are Scheduled on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. at the Office of Small Business Development (OSBD), 915 I St., 2nd Floor, Sacramento. For information, call

NOTE: This meeting is in addition to any Pre-Bid Conference or Meeting that may be stipulated in the Contract Specification.  If you have questions regarding the Pre-Bid Meeting, contact the Project Manager listed in the Contract Specifications.
