Accounting Division
The Accounting Division is primarily responsible for processing payments to the City's employees and vendors, reviewing and recording financial transactions, providing oversight for the system of internal controls to safeguard City assets and preparing annual financial statements. The division also provides support services to City departments, administers financial activity of the City's special assessment districts and coordinates the annual financial statement audits of the City and related entities. Functional areas of the Accounting Division include:
