Details	A Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) was adopted by the Sacramento City Council on August 17, 1997 and affects the Natomas Area as defined in the adopted project area map. This Plan allows development to proceed within the existing City limits while providing for the protection of listed or candidate threatened or endangered species.
Amount	$12,270 per gross acre to be disturbed. For projects larger than 50 acres, mitigation land dedication is required in lieu of payment of the Land Acquisition portion of the fee.
