Please note that often time the animals must be spayed or neutered
before they go home with an adopter. The surgery is performed the
next available business day at the shelter or at a contracted vet.
In these cases the adopters will need to return to the shelter or
vet hospital on the next business day to pick up the altered animals.
If you have recently adopted a pet, we hope you and your new pet
will be very happy together.
PLEASE NOTE, MOST OF THE ANIMALS IN OUR CENTER COME TO US WITH UNKNOWN MEDICAL
HISTORIES AND A CHECK-UP AND VACCINATION BY A PRIVATE VETERINARIAN IS A MUST.
To insure the happy and healthy life of your newly adopted friend, we urge
you to have your pet examined routinely by a veterinarian.
