Mission
Welcome to the Labor Relations Website. It is Labor Relations' commitment to find creative ways to meet our customer’s needs that will be a win-win situation for the City of Sacramento and its employees. The website is intended to assist employees, managers/supervisors, and the unions by providing some basic and frequently requested information.
Services
It is our responsibility to negotiate all of the City’s labor agreements to review all proposed discipline as well as assist, counsel, and/or advise our customers in resolving issues such as: employee rights, labor agreement interpretations, City policy interpretations, etc. If you need any further assistance, please contact your department representative.
