In-person application submissions are not currently available.  Applications may be submitted through the Accela online portal here.

Applications for storefront dispensaries may only be submitted by the 10 highest scoring CORE participants in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process.

For application requirements, select the cannabis business type under the Business Information tab.

Report Illegal Cannabis Activities


Is there an illegal cannabis cultivation going on in your neighborhood? Report illegal grow to the Sacramento Police Department.  Report illegal delivery and other illegal commercial cannabis activities to 311@cityofsacramento.org. To report odors from a cannabis operation, contact the Office of Cannabis Management immediately at 916-808-8955.

Fingerprinting Requirements for BOP Applications


Fingerprinting (Live Scan) services are not currently available at City Hall.  To use an outside facility, please follow fingerprinting instructions and download all the required forms here.
