Apply for a Cannabis Business Operating Permit


The City of Sacramento is accepting applications for Cannabis Cultivation, Nonvolatile ManufacturingTesting LabsDeliveryDistribution and Microbusinesses.  

Report Illegal Cannabis Activities


Is there an illegal cannabis cultivation going on in your neighborhood? Report illegal grow to the Sacramento Police Department.  Report illegal delivery and other illegal commercial cannabis activities to 311@cityofsacramento.org. To report odors from a cannabis operation, contact the Office of Cannabis Management immediately at 916-808-8955.

Fingerprinting Requirements for BOP Applications


Effective July 1, 2017, LiveScan fingerprinting will be done strictly by appointment only.   Please contact the Permits staff at (916) 808-5852 to make an appointment.
