Organizational Structure

The Neighborhood Services Department has reorganized to better serve you! The Department has a renewed focus to address issues, coordinate projects, provide customer service, and conduct outreach.

The reorganization allows staff to focus on smaller areas and provide the most flexibility to respond to requests from the City Council, City Manager, other staff, neighborhood/business groups, and residents.

While NRC assignments are aligned with Council Districts, the Neighborhood Services Department will continue to use four geographic service areas (view map) as the basis for Leadership Meetings, Neighborhood Advisory Groups, and Neighborhood Response Teams.
