Organizational Structure

The Neighborhood Services Division looks to address issues, coordinate projects, provide customer service, and conduct outreach.

Division staff and managers are alligned with Council Districts (view map), allowing them to focus on specific areas and provide the most flexibility to respond to requests from the City Council, City Manager, other staff, neighborhood/business groups, and residents.

While assignments are aligned with Council Districts, the Neighborhood Services Division continues to use four geographic service areas (view map) as the basis for Leadership Meetings, Neighborhood Advisory Groups, and Neighborhood Response Teams.
