How to Register and Fees

To register your child in the 4th "R" Program, download PDF registration forms (below) and:

drop them off at the center you are interested in enrolling your child
mail them along with your registration fee to our main office at: 4th "R" Office, 5725 47th Ave., Sacramento, CA 95824.

Complete the CEL application for free child care qualification

Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis and some locations are currently experiencing small waiting lists. Please call the center of your choice for space availability.
