Guests registered at Camp for the full term (3 days for a mini session and 5 days for a week session) will receive advanced registration priority for cabin selection for the session in which they are registered for the next season, provided that they continue to meet the cabin occupancy requirements as defined by the City of Sacramento.

Priority eligible guests are permitted to register only their IMMEDIATE family(includes spouse and children living within the household) and no others. Reservations cannot be made for families who did not attend camp during the 2008 season! Registration at Camp will be accepted Monday through Friday for each weekly session and on any day before departure for each mini session. Reservations will be accepted on check out day. No one person will be able to reserve or place a hold on a cabin for another family.

Guests are permitted to register for the same week or mini session next summer as they are registered in this summer or for any remaining openings from previous sessions. Absolutely no reservations are accepted for future mini or full week sessions.

Advance reservations for priority eligible guests require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for a confirmed reservation. The deposit is due at the time of the reservation. The deadline for advance registration is August 22, 2008.

Beginning September 1, 2008, reservation requests for full sessions (both mini and week sessions) will be accepted in the Camp Sacramento Office located on 2450 Meadowview Road. Beginning May 1, 2008, reservation requests for guests wishing to attend Camp in a partial week* status during the 2008 season will be accepted in the Camp Sacramento Office located at 2450 Meadowview Road. Payment in full is due at the time of the reservation and the entire payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*A partial week is considered to be daily use of the Camp and Daily Use Rate Chart is used to calculate rates according to age and length of the stay.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
and NON TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER YEAR.

1. Refunds will be made only in the event that a guest is forced to leave Camp due to illness or accident. In this event the guest will be charged the daily rate for the days attended.
