Client Information Form

The Department of Parks and Recreation is now using new software to process class and activity registrations. Before you can get all the benefits of this new software, you must submit a Client Information Form (CIF) for each member of your household. We use this information to create an account in order that you may use the automated systems. Learn more about the new software, Internet Registration, and open an account. You can browse classes currently being offered without an Client ID or a pin number.
