Job Fair Seeks Workers for Summer

Sacramento California, February 12, 2002 – The Department of Parks and Recreation is holding a Job Fair on Saturday, February 23, 2002, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Coloma Community Center, 4623 T Street. More than 400 summer jobs are available to anyone for those 16 years and older.

Jobs available range from recreation aides, teen programs, swimming pools, community centers, older adult services, children’s services, summer food program and much, much more. Applications will be accepted and interviews will be performed on the spot.

In addition, anyone seeking assistance in developing a resume will be provided at no charge, including access to computers, printers and helpful tips.
