11th Annual Meadowview Jazz and Cultural Festival Saturday, June 26,
2004, 1 p.m. 9:30 p.m.
Sacramento, California, June 25, 2004 The
11th Annual Meadowview Jazz and Cultural Festival is placing the finishing
touches of what is expected to be a fun-filled and exciting event. The
Festival happens on Saturday, June 26, 2004. Gates open at 1 p.m. and
entertainment begins at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the
gate, and parking is $3. Tickets are available at the Pannell Meadowview
Community Center or at City Hall.
Entertainers include United We Funk, Midnight Star, Dazz
Band, Con Funk Shun, S.O.S. Band and Zapp Band. Theres plenty for
the family, including childrens activities, food and merchandise
booths, cultural displays and fireworks after the show. Get your tickets
today at the Pannell Meadowview Community Center or at City Hall.
Were looking forward to a festival full of
fun and excitement for the entire family, said City Councilmember
Bonnie Pannell. This years line-up of entertainers bring a
considerable amount of music variety that will bring enjoyment for everyone.
There's plenty for the entire family, including food booths, cultural
displays and kid's activities throughout the day, with a spectacular fireworks
display at 9:30 p.m.
