your free time, check out the Hart Senior Center’s Fitness Programs.
The center offers many different courses to enrich your physical activity
in a fun and welcoming setting. Join one of your favorite programs or
try a new one today!
Fitness
- Balance and Strengthening, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:15-10
a.m., Free
- Feldenkrais, Wednesdays 2 -3 p.m.
- Head-to-Toe Fitness, Mondays and Fridays 8 -9 a.m., Free
- Light & Lively, Wednesdays 8 -9 a.m., Free
- Healing QiGong Practice, Saturdays 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
- T'ai Chi, Mondays 1:30 -2:30 p.m.
