Skate Park

  1. When will the skate park open?
    The skate park will open to the public at 10a.m., Friday, November 24, 2006
  1. What are the hours of operation?
    The skate park is currently scheduled to be open from 8a.m. to dusk
  1. Are bikes allowed?
    Bikes are not allowed.  Only skateboards and in-line skates are allowed. There is a BMX course at the South Natomas Community Park.
  1. Will users be required to wear helmets?
    Yes, helmets and pads are required.
  1. Will there be lights?
    Yes, lights are scheduled to be added in the spring / summer of 2007

Dog Park

  1. When will the dog park open?
    The dog park will re-open at 10a.m., Friday, November 24, 2006
  1. What are the hours of operation?
    The dog park will be open from dawn until dusk.

  2. Where can dogs be off leash?
    Dogs can only be off leash within the fenced area of the dog park.
  1. Will dogs be required to have a license?
    Dogs must be licensed; but unlike skaters, they don’t have to wear helmets            and pads.
