Egret Park (1B) Master Plan

5145 Westlake Parkway- Mapquest Map

Phase One development consists of 4.6 acres of neighborhood park of this 8.3 acre site. Construction will begin in Spring of 2005 and will be completed in Spring of 2006.
This site will include the following amenities:

  • Bike path
  • Multi use turf area
  • Volley ball court
  • Full site landscaping
  • Picnic tables

Phase Two will begin construction in Spring 2006 and will complete development of the park.
