Franklin Boyce Park Master Plan

7700 Franklin Boulevard between Mack Rd. and Brookfield, South Sacramento

Construction for phase one is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2007 and will be completed in the fall 2008. This joint use community park and detention basin is 12.1 acres.  Phase one will construct approximately 2 acres of the park.  When this park site is completely built, it will contain the following amenities:  

  • Youth Soccer Fields
  • Children’s Playground
  • Group Picnic Area
  • Site furnishings
  • Parking Lot
  • Walking Paths
  • Native / Low Maintenance Landscape Areas
  • Restroom
  • Water Spray Feature
  • An area open for Open Turf, Additional Youth Soccer Fields or Dog Park
  • Shade Trees
