Grant Park Master Plan

Grant Park is an existing 3.1 acre neighborhood park. Existing amenities include a restroom and a softball field.

Park Phase 1 amenities include one fenced tot lot with a sand play area, seating area and picnic area. Additional picnic area and bike racks are located outside the fenced play area.

Park Phase 2 amenities include additional walkways, picnic area, additional play equipment inside the tot lot and landscaping. Phase 2 construction will begin Spring 2004 and be completed in Summer 2004.
