This is a 42.1 acre joint-use park/detention basin opened in spring 2005. Phase one of the park consists of 15 acres of park development and an additional 20 acres of detention basin landscaping.

• skate park
• 2 baseball fields
• 2 volleyball courts
• bicycle trail
• 1 soccer field
• disc golf course (nine hole)

• parking lot

Phase Two

• fully accessible playground with an interactive water mister
• New group group picnic area with decorative arbor, one BBQ Grill, one drinking fountain, one trash can; located at the northern end of the park west of the existing elementary school.
• seating areas, walkways, and landscaping
• bridge structure with a walkway from Bombay Circle into the park
• Large Dog Park
• Small Dog Park
• Soccer Field
