This is a 42.1 acre joint-use park/detention basin opened
in spring 2005. Phase one of the park consists of 15 acres of park development
and an additional 20 acres of detention basin landscaping.

Phase Two
Phase Two completed development of the park and opened to the public in December 2007, including (Please see maps below):
- fully accessible playground with an interactive
water mister
- New group group picnic area with decorative arbor, one BBQ Grill, one drinking fountain, one trash can; located at the northern end of the park west of the existing elementary school.

areas, walkways, and landscaping
- bridge structure with a walkway from
Bombay Circle into the park
- Large Dog Park
- Small Dog Park
- Soccer Field
