Richfield Park Master Plan

(formerly North Delta Shores Park)

This is a 3-acre site located south of Meadowview Road and east of I-5 in a new development by JTS Communities. The park will include basic park landscaping, walking paths, picnic tables, benches, a shade structure, a grass amphitheater, native plant areas with an 'urban forest', a basketball court and an open grass area for lawn volleyball.

Richfield Park Master Plan

Phase Two will begin construction in summer 2006 and will be completed summer 2007. Phase Two will include completing development of the park and will have the following: a fully accessible playground, a dog park, and a group picnic area with shelter.
