• Picnic area with shelter
• Children’s playground
• Full size soccer field
• Walkways
• Lake

Phase Two completed in January, 2007, includes 15 acres of development:

• Skate Park (please see Tanzanite Skate Park Rules)
• 2 Acre Dog Park
• 2 Basketball Courts
• Parking Lot
• Restroom
• Picnic areas with BBQ grills
• Seating Areas, Walkways, Landscaping
