Belle Cooledge Community Center is located
on the corner of South Land Park Drive and Fruitridge Rd. across the street
from the Belle
Cooledge Library. It is accessible from the Fruitridge Rd./Seamas
Ave. exit from Interstate 5.
Two rooms are available for rental. One room has a kitchen
and both are well-suited for meetings or parties. Both rooms have heating
and air conditioning. Plenty of parking is available behind the center
with a small parking lot in front. This facility is heated and air conditioned.
Partner Off-Leash Dog Park is located
next to this center.
Reservation Information
McClatchy Room: This is largest of the two rooms
and is ideal for meetings, workshops, classes, and social events. This
room cannot be combined with the kitchen.
Crocker room: Contains a kitchen for catering
or cooking. Ideal for meetings, classes, or social gatherings.
Kitchen: Must be reserved in conjuction with the
Crocker Room. Appliances available include range for cooking, refrigerator/freezer,
and an oven.
Amenities: Available upon request (items may require
a rental fee or small deposit), coffee pots: one 100-cup, two 36-cup,
two 10-cup, and a portable chalkboard, one outside BBQ
