About the Center Expansion
The new building added approximately 5,900
square feet, including a lobby, two-story meeting room, Sun Gallery,
Reception, Office and Work Room, Women's and Men's Rest Rooms, Activity
room, Outdoor Patio facing east and twenty-foot-wide Courtyard separating
new and existing buildings.
Work at the existing building included removal
of library addition; installing new fire alarm system as a separate
zone; painting interior as modified and exterior of building; modifying
structural system; removing auditorium ceiling and reconstructing mechanical
/electrical systems, and making rest rooms and building exits accessible.
