Planning Library: Policies, Plans, Tools

The following is a list of a few of the major current projects and policies influencing development in Sacramento. This list is not exhaustive.

While the City, especially the Community Development Department, is overseeing most of these projects and policies, some were generated by outside agencies. For example, "Transit for Livable Communities" was coordinated by Regional Transit, but it influences land use decisions in Sacramento, and is therefore included on this list.
