65th Street/University Transit Village Infrastructure Plan
Overview
The 65th Street Transit Village Infrastructure Plan is comprehensive assessment of the proposed planned build out infrastructure needs and preliminary opinion of probable costs for infrastructure in the 65th Street/University Transit Village.
The study is preliminary engineering, planning level effort that will aid the City and local developers in attracting transit-oriented development funding assistance and provide potential developers with information to evaluate their probable infrastructure costs. The plan also identifies potential opportunities to provide integrated infrastructure at least cost, through phasing options or the application of sustainable design principals and value engineering design considerations.
