Longshore Court Sewer AD No. 92-02
This district was formed in August of 1992 to finance the construction of a Sanitary Sewer line in Longshore and Xandria from Dry Creek to Fell streets. Improvement bonds were sold for approximately $170,000 to fund this district. Property owners that benefited from these improvements will be obligated to pay for their share of the cost annually until 2008, when the bonds will be paid in full.
