Downtown Fee District
The Downtown, Railyards and Richards Fee districts were created in 1994 to fund infrastructure improvements in the Railyards and Richard Boulevard area. Fees are charged a building permit for all changes in land use or larger footprint to support identified infrastructure. All of these fee districts are undergoing revision with the purchase of the Railyards and with the development proposal of Thomas Enterprises.
