Pocket Road FBA District

This district was formed in August of 1993 to reimburse the City for the widening and construction of curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements on Pocket Road. In 1993 when this project was implemented there were only 4 residential undeveloped lots needing street improvements for the completion of Pocket Road. If and when these properties develop they will be required to pay a fee for there share or those improvements. Fees range from $138,400 to $8,000 for the 4 properties and will be paid at the time of Building permit or Final Subdivision Map.
