Willowcreek Fee District

This district was formed in October of 1997 to reimburse developers that build various infrastructure that was authorized by the Willowcreek Finance Plan that was also adopted by City Council in 1997.  Developers who construct more than their fair share of the required improvements are reimbursed through this district. The total project will generate approximately $7.27 million. Fees average $24,000/acre and are paid at the time of Final Subdivision Map.
