PROCUREMENT SERVICES DIVISIONThe Procurement Services Division is primarily responsible for the purchasing of supplies and services through competitive bidding. Additional responsibilities include small business participation and contract administration. Notice: Small Business Enterprise Definition Change On July 2, 2007, The City Manager's Office approved changes to the definition of a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), which is used to determine eligibility to participate in the City's Emerging and Small Business Program. This change increases the dollar threshold for eligibility from $10,000,000 to $12,000,000 in annual gross receipts. As a result, a firm earning less than $36,000,000 over a three-year period may now qualify as an SBE and any associated bid preferences associated with this classification.
