Backyard Composting
Backyard composting allows you to recycle your yard clippings and fruit and vegetable scraps into a valuable soil amendment right in your own yard. It is a great way to save money, reduce the amount of waste that is disposed, and improve the quality of your soil. Free Backyard Composting Seminars
Due to COVID-19, our Fall seminars will occur but with social distancing guidelines in place.
- Seminars are limited to 25 participants and face masks must be worn at all times. Attendees will be spaced out in the garden is designated spots.
- Registration is required to attend. Please check the dates and registration links for each session below. Once capacity is reached, registration will be closed.
- Geobins are not available for purchase at this time.
- Seminars may be cancelled if unhealthy air quality is forecast on the day of the event. An email will be sent to all registered attendees.
