ACCESSING PARKMOBILE

There are multiple ways to access Parkmobile to pay for parking. These include:

• PARKMOBILE APP: Manually enter the parkmobile zone number and location information located on the meter decal or zone sign, or scan the QR code located on the decal or sign
• ZONE MAP: Use the zone map to locate your parking zone (be sure to verify that the information matches what is on the posted sign or decal)
• PHONE: Call (916) SAC-PARK, using the cell phone you have registered to the account
• ONLINE: Log on at www.parkmobile.com, using the same login credentials you use with the app

Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation through the app, by a text message, and/or by email. The meter may not reflect the payment immediately, but you can be assured that your payment has been recorded.
