Department of Transportation wins three public relations Cappie awards from Sacramento Public Relations Association

The City of Sacramento Department of Transportation took home three awards from the Sacramento Public Relations Association’s annual Cappie Awards dinner, March 18. Cappies are awards for the “best of the best” in 2009 public relations plans and tools.

All awards were judged based on meeting strategic objectives, maximizing the budget, effectiveness and creativity, and were judged by local public relations and media professionals.
