Note: Development Engineering fees will be based on actual City costs. The amounts collected prior to construction are deposits only. The City may require additional deposits to continue work when costs exceed the amount collected at any stage of a project. Any difference between the amount collected and the City's cost to provide engineering services will be reconciled at project close-out.
Fees are computed by:
locating appropriate fee range;
subtracting the low value in the range from the project cost; and
multiplying results by indicated percentage;
adding indicated amount.
