Monthly Garage Parking
Monthly parking is available at the following garages (based on space availability): Capitol Garage, Downtown Plaza East, Downtown Plaza West, Memorial Garage, City Hall Garage, Tower Bridge Garage or Old Sacramento Garage. Link to map
All garages utilize a parking access card for monthly parking. Once a Monthly Access Card application is submitted, please allow 4 business days to process and program a monthly access card for the designated garage.There is an initial $10 administrative fee for the access card. There is also a $10 replacement fee for any lost or damaged access cards.
Payments and cancellations must be received prior to the first of each month. Changes or cancellations to monthly accounts must be made either by submitting a Monthly Parking Change Order Form or in writing. The Monthly Parking Change Order Form is available in an online format and also a fill and print PDF format for your convenience.
Company accounts must submit request for changes or cancellations to the account on company letterhead signed by the authorized account designee. Requests for new or replacement cards must also be submitted on company letterhead and
signed by the account designee. For security purposes, no changes or requests will be processed without this proper authorization.

Monthly Surface Lot Parking
Monthly parking is also available at the following surface lots: Lot D, Lot X, Lot 293, and Lot 297. Surface lot parking utilizes a hang tag system. Hang tags must be displayed in the vehicle when parked in the lot or customers will be subject to a citation. To sign up as a monthly surface lot customer, please visit the Revenue Division office in person with a completed Monthly Hangtag Application after the 21st of the month. Hangtags are sold on a first come basis. Upon successfully opening an account, customers will receive one (1) hangtag with the valid date depending on the anticipated start date of use. All future hangtags will then be mailed to the address on record provided that proper payment was received that month.
For monthly customers, payments are due prior to the 20th of the preceding month for the following month. AutoPay customers should expect their credit cards to be automatically charged on the 17th of the preceding month for the following month.All hangtags paid by mail or via AutoPay will be mailed out in time for use for the following month.

- To apply in person, please visit the Revenue Division at 915 I Street, Room 1214 Sacramento, CA 95814. Please have a completed application and form of payment available during the visit. For surface lot customers, hang tags will be issued during the visit. For monthly garage customers, please choose a pick-up location for the access card. - To apply by mail, completed applications must be accompanied by payment. Applications and payments must be mailed to Parking Administration 300 Richards Blvd., Second Floor, Sacramento, CA 95811. For garage customers, the initial $10 administration fee must be included with payment. Also, garage customers must pick up their access card from the designated location after 4 business days.
- We offer a convenient AutoPay option which will automatically deduct the monthly charge from your Visa or MasterCard. There is no extra fee for this service. To enroll, please include a completed Credit Card Authorization form with the application and first month's payment. For garage customers, your payment must also include the $10 administration fee for the access card.
