Part-Time Employee Parking (P-TEP)
What is the advantage the P-TEP Program?
If you are a part-time employee working in the downtown
area and working 30 hours or less per week and making less than $20.00 per hour, you are eligible
to park at a discounted hourly rate. A discounted parking
permit will be issued to access a designated facility and
discounted hourly rates apply upon exiting.
Where can I park to receive the P-TEP discount?
P-TEP is available at the following City parking facilities:
Memorial Garage, Downtown Plaza West Garage, Capitol Garage,
Downtown Plaza East Garage, Old Sacramento Garage, Tower
Bridge Garage, and Downtown Plaza Central Garage. Parking
rates vary by garage and some restrictions may apply.
What
does it cost to join?
There is an initial administrative fee for joining the
program. If your card is lost or stolen, you will be assessed
an additional administrative processing fee. Discounted
rates will apply upon exiting the garage.
Please Note: Abuse of any program, including attempts to validate and use a discount on the same day, will result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of all program privileges.
