Other Information

ELECTRIC VEHICLES that are owned or leased by individuals or small businesses certified by the City's Emerging Small Business Development are eligible for free parking and recharging in designated parking facilities. Vehicles must be 100% electric, no hybrid vehicles are allowed. Call (916) 808-5110 for more information. Go to Forms Page for Electric Vehicle Application.

MOTORCYCLE PARKING is available free of charge at the following locations. Please abide by any posted restrictions:

DISABLED PARKING is available at all City parking facilities. Disabled Person Parking Information

HEIGHT CLEARANCES in City garage facilities range from 6’4” to 8’2”. Please check height clearances at City garages. Garage Height Clearances

CITATION INQUIRES should be directed to the Revenue Division at (916) 808-8500. Citations may be paid online or by calling 1-888-266-1314 using a Visa or MasterCard.   Pay Citation Online

LOST TICKETS are charged at the maximum daily rate posted at each facility per day. Reimbursement of lost ticket fees will only be granted for lost tickets which are found within 72 hours of the lost ticket fee payment. Lost ticket reimbursement forms are available at the garage where you parked. Forms and the actual ticket may be returned to the garage office where you parked or mailed in to: Parking Administration 300 Richards Blvd., Second Floor, Sacramento, CA  95811.

PARKING FACILITIES WITHOUT AN ATTENDANT are equipped with payment machines. Please read and follow payment instructions carefully before depositing your fee. Parking Enforcement Citations will be issued to those not paying parking fees.
