LOST TICKETS are charged at the maximum daily rate posted at each facility per day. Reimbursement of lost ticket fees will only be granted for lost tickets which are found within 72 hours of the lost ticket fee payment. Lost ticket reimbursement forms are available at the garage where you parked. Forms and the actual ticket may be returned to the garage office where you parked or mailed in to: Parking Administration 300 Richards Blvd., Second Floor, Sacramento, CA  95811.

PARKING FACILITIES WITHOUT AN ATTENDANT are equipped with payment machines. Please read and follow payment instructions carefully before depositing your fee. Parking Enforcement Citations will be issued to those not paying parking fees.

AMTRAK/Sacramento Valley Station

If the Sacramento Valley Station (SVS) parking lot is full, please use Old Sacramento Garage (OSG) at 2nd & I Streets.  By submitting your Amtrak ticket to the attendant upon exit, we will honor the SVS parking lot pricing.  If there is no attendant on duty at the exit when you leave, please pay the displayed fee and pursue a refund by mailing in a written request for a refund which includes: (1) Your name and address, (2) a copy of your receipt showing the amount you paid at OSG and (3) the Amtrak stub reflecting your return date to:

The Early Bird signage will be removed from the entrance on the days when the offer is not available. No discounts, coupons or validations are accepted with this rate.

Commuters must be “IN” by 7:30 a.m. and "OUT" after 5:30 p.m. for the commuter rate of $4 all day (until midnight). To take advantage of this discount, please use the Pay on Foot machines located on the first floor of the garage after 5:30 p.m. The availability of the Commuter Special is subject to change at any time and does not apply to overnight parking or on days or hours when the Old Sacramento Garage accommodates special event parking. No discounts, coupons or validations are accepted with this rate.

Weekend Pre-Pay Rates (Fridays at 4:00 pm. through close on Saturdays)
