Parking Meters
On-Street Reserved Parking Application (Metered/Unmetered)
Requirements
- Requests must be received a minimum of
10 business days prior to the effective date. Effective July 19, 2010 any application for meter
reservations submitted less than ten (10) business days prior to the event start date is subject to an expedited
fee of $175.00 pursuant to City Council Resolution 2010-265.
- All regulatory signs must be posted within 72 hours of the event
- On-Street parking is reserved only for contractor's,
commercially licensed trucks and approved special events.
- Reserving meters does NOT exempt you from obeying posted regulatory signs.
- Prepayment must be received seven (7) business days prior to the event
- Parking Services must be advised in advance of any changes in writing. Any changes
need to be approved prior to the scheduled event.
Metered Areas
Total Charges = Reserved Meter Fees + Daily Fees |
Reserved Meter Fees:
First Meter: $50.00
Each Additional Meter: $5.00 each |
Daily Fees:
Central City: $6.00 per meter per day
Old Sacramento: $6.00 per meter per day
10 Hr Meters: $4.00 per meter per day

Upon approval of this application
an invoice reflecting the proper amount due will be e-mailed to the applicant.
Meter Reservation payments must be accompanied by an invoice. Payment
