Requirements:

  1. Requests must be received by a minimum of 5 business days prior to the effective date, otherwise permit will not be issued.

  2. Meters are secured only for contractor’s commercially licensed trucks and special events

  3. Reserving meters does not exempt you from obeying posted signs

  4. Prepayment must be received prior to having meters reserved, receiving permits,
    and extending work orders

  5. Parking Services must be advised of any date or time changes

4. NUMBER OF PERMITS NEEDED One permit per reserved meter. Construction or Special Event permits must be displayed on all vehicles left front dashboard.  Equipment does not need a permit.

New Fee and Charge Report
 

Dear Customer,

On January 27, 2004 the City Council adopted Resolution Number 2004-059, adopting On-Street Parking’s amended Fee and Charge Report establishing the schedule of On-Street Parking Fees which will go into effect on March 1, 2004.

Following, is a list of the most common requests and the new rates:

Bagging Fees:

First Meter: $50.00

Additional Meters: $5.00 each

 

Daily Fees:

 

Central City: $6.00 per meter per day

Old Sacramento: $6.00 per meter per day

10 Hr Meters: $4.00 per meter per day

Bagging Fees + Daily Fees = Total Charges

Invoice will be faxed after application is approved.

Payments must be accompanied by an invoice.

NOTICE TO "BAGGED METER' CUSTOMERS

May 18, 2007

 

Effective immediately, meters must be renewed at least 5 business days prior to the expiration date on the permit.
