Get Your Parking Permit Application Form

To apply/renew/replace your permits, you don't have to come to our office. Simply print out the application form below – available in both PDF (requires the Adobe® Acrobat® program) and Word Document format, complete it and submit it with other required documents to the City of Sacramento. You can either mail in or fax in your requests.

Temporary permit (for construction only)

For construction within residential permit area, residents may apply for temporary permit for contractors. Temporary permits issued for construction or repair work must be obtained by the resident.

However, if contractors need to apply the permit on behalf of residents, contractor MUST submit a copy of the work order with resident's address and signed by resident or a completed authorization form below.

If the construction involves the over-sized vehicle (which takes more than one normal space in the parking lot), please contact Cindy Nabors at 808-5874 for information regarding construction permits.
