Customer Service
Identifying customer needs through customer surveys
interviews and providing for them in an efficient
and timely manner is a top priority. Customers
include citizens, City Council, businesses, developers,
contractors, other governmental agencies, consultants
and public utility companies. New and more effective
methods of communication with community groups,
the various City departments and other are continually
being identified and implemented.
