Metered Billing

The Department of Utilities will be changing its metered water and sewer billing. In our efforts to serve you better, metered water and sewer services will be billed on a monthly basis, as opposed to every other month. This will enable customers to more effectively monitor water usage and costs. It will also provide more timely and accurate information about usage. All customers affected by this change are expected to be converted to monthly billing by Summer 2008.
