Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm (effective May 1, 2006) , including most holidays (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day). Representatives can provide the following services:

• New service starts for residential as well as commercial customers
• Missed collection services
• Used motor oil recycling appointments
• Neighborhood Cleanup appointments and information
• Container replacement or repair
• Information regarding all Solid Waste Division programs
