For assistance with Department of Utilities customers accounts, setting up a new account, changing an existing one, or information on liens:

Available Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., excluding holidays.

Payments may be made using the City’s Mobile Pay App, online at the City’s Utility Billing page, automated phone system or over the phone with a customer service representative.

There is no charge for payments made using these methods.
