Urban Water Management Plan

The City of Sacramento’s Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) was adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2006. The UWMP provides an overview of the City’s water supply and usage, and conservation programs. It is required by the Urban Water Management Planning Act as part of the California Water Code and is updated every five years

A copy of the UWMP can be reviewed at the Central Sacramento Public Library located at 828 I Street, Sacramento CA 95814.
